''In my career, I found that there were really no standard guides for how a project interior management works, and I want to create some principals and guides on how interior renovation should operate''
A. WHAT
It is a systematic and strategic approach to run an entire operation of project.
B. WHY
Interior renovations are difficult, things change all the time, there will be an additional scope, extra opinion on the table and we will be the person to deal with that change. The change will bring some problems. Because there are so many problems can happen in a project, we are responsible for those details, we need to develop a reputation for a straight talk and a systematic methodology that would address the issues.
As an interior designer who is also a pathfinder, we focus on strategic path for renovation and taken consideration of our team, our tools and everything there are in to create a path to resolve issues , avoid many unnecessary sticky situations, keeping the team moving in a positive way and still achieving accuracy, finishing on time and within budget.
