Now that we have covered the steps to starting with a green finger and the suitable indoor plants in our previous episodes, it’s time to consider the five benefits of having them in our spaces, shall we?

#1 Chronic Stress

The first one would be psychological stability and resistance to chronic stress. We are all bound to experience stress in our daily lives, which makes the presence of plants in our spaces highly valuable.

#2 Shaper Mind

The second one would bea sharper mind with real plants around. By planting the real plants indoors, it has the ability to absorb stale air and produce oxygen in its wake.

#3 Quality of Air

Providing an improved quality of air also stems from the very same reason as above. Plants are nature's gadget in purifying the air, especially to rid the air of volatile organic compounds.

#4 Smoothed Away

You would also be able to clear a blocked nose and prevent allergies with plants around. It is indicative of the plants' natural health properties as well as its ability to increase or maintain the humidity of the space with its foliage.

#5 Emotions

As much as it is surprising, it also helps with the improvement of one's mood. Furthermore, the foliage does its part in reducing the risk of depression partly due to the contrast of its color against its environment as well as make one happier.

In the last and subsequent episode, we’ll look more into caring for your plants in exchange for the assistance it provides you with.
